Refund policy

We want you to be happy with what you paid for. If you are not, we will give your money back.
14-day refund
If the course is not for you, email hello@28daysoftagalog.com within 14 days of paying and ask for a refund. You do not need to give a reason. Please write from the email address you used to pay.
How refunds work
- We refund the full amount you paid to the same card you paid with.
- We send the refund within 5 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
- When you are refunded in full, your access to the lessons and the conversation partner ends automatically.
No subscriptions
Everything we sell is a one-time payment. We never charge you again automatically, so there is nothing to cancel.
Problems with a payment
If you were charged twice, or paid but cannot get in, email hello@28daysoftagalog.com and a person will fix it.
