These terms apply when you use 28daysoftagalog.com or buy a pass. The website is operated by ON-OFF GROUP UK LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15422106) ("we", "us").
What you are buying
- A pass gives one person access to the lessons it lists, the AI conversation partner, and (when you finish all 28 lessons) a Certificate of Completion.
- A pass is a one-time payment. It does not renew and we will not charge you again automatically.
- Your access lasts 90 days from the day you pay.
- Prices are shown in US dollars on the payment page before you pay. Your bank may add its own fees.
What this course is, and is not
- It is a beginner course in everyday Tagalog and Taglish. We do not promise fluency.
- The Certificate of Completion shows that you finished the lessons. It is not a professional licence or an accredited qualification.
- The lesson phrases come from Learn Tagalog Fast. The AI conversation partner can make mistakes; when it matters, check with a Filipino speaker.
Your account
- You log in with a link sent to your email. Keep your email account secure.
- A pass is for you only. Please do not share your login or copy the lessons for other people.
- Do not misuse the AI conversation partner, for example by sending abusive content or trying to break it. We may suspend accounts that do.
- You must be 18 or older to buy a pass.
Refunds
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of paying. See our refund policy.
Our responsibility
We provide the course with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses we could not reasonably have expected, or for decisions you make based on answers from an AI tool. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law as a consumer, or our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
Changes
We may improve or update lessons. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will say so on this page. The terms that applied when you paid continue to apply to that purchase.
